Wild Zipper T-shirt Quilts Order Form

T-shirt quilts are $13 per square (panel). For $18 per square, double batting transforms a quilt into a comforter. The per-square charge includes all materials (except, of course your shirts). A 'square' is the front, back, or combination of smaller logos from your shirts. Double-sided quilts are priced similarly - per square. The minimum charge for a t-shirt quilt is $100. Color choices are on the order form.

With standard 2" sashing (fabric that separates the t-shirts on the top of the quilt) and using a 15" template, here are the approximate dimensions of the finished quilts:

Throw - 12 squares - 3 across, 4 down = 43" x 68"
Throw - 16 squares - 4 across, 4 down = 68" x 68"

Twin - 20 squares - 4 across, 5 down = 68" x 84"
Dorm Twin - 24 squares - 4 across, 6 down = 68" x 100"

Full - 25 squares - 5 across, 5 down = 84" x 84"
Full+ - 30 squares - 5 across, 6 down = 84" x 100"

Queen - 36 squares - 6 across, 6 down = 100" x 100"
King - 42 squares - 7 across, 6 down = 110" x 95 "
(King size is based on using a 14" template)

I can make any of these t-shirt quilts to your size specifications by adjusting the size of the sashing or the size of the square template. The squares cut from the tshirts are usually 14" or 15".

Oversized or irregular shaped squares are subject to an additional charge. Piecing or appliquéing may also result in an additional charge. You may choose to have an additional 2" border of a contrasting color on your quilt. Prices range from $20 - $50 for this option, depending on the size of your quilt.

A $100 deposit is required and can be made by check, money order (payable to Wild Zipper) or online through PayPal.

Watch for the progress of your t-shirt quilt on the "Quilts In Progress" page. I will email you when your quilt is finished and you will be able to see it online. Click the thumbnail images to see them full size.

Domestic shipping and handling is $18 for quilts up to 24 squares, and $24 for larger quilts. International shipping costs are determined individually. After receipt of balance due, your tshirt quilt will ship immediately. Total time involved from the time I receive your tshirts is about 8 weeks. PLEASE ORDER EARLY FOR HOLIDAYS AND GRADUATION!

Add a special touch! A hand-embroidered inscription something on the order of... "Love, Mom and Dad" or "Beloit College Class of 2008" on the back for only $15 - $20. (see order form - link at top of page) Limit 40 characters.
